Augusta Supported Living
Augusta Supported Living (ASL) provides supported/assisted living to help persons who have demonstrated basic living skills achieve increased independence. ASL serves individuals with an identified interest in the supportive environment our program offers. Emphasis is placed on personal self-care management and decision-making in the areas of environment, activities, needs, and goals. Augusta Supported Living provides psychosocial and person-centered supports that emphasize self-management Of One's life.

West Side Supported Living
At West Side Supported Living, our Mission Statement speaks to individuals about improving quality of life, using psychosocial rehabilitation, and basic needs supports. Our Vision is global in that we offer programs to meet the individual needs with options and alternatives that are also flexible, accommodating, and complimentary to the services located in the community. Our values are encompassing, yet simple "treat others as you would like to be treated."

Waterville Supported Living
Waterville Supported Living utilizes the psychosocial rehabilitation model of recovery, with a concentrated effort on integrating individuals in the community, thus helping to further reduce the isolation and stigma associated with mental illness.Waterville Supported Living provides 24 hour, 7 day a week supports to individual adults who have been diagnosed with mental illness. These services are provided to adults who live in their own apartments within the greater Waterville Community.

Riverview Supported Living
Riverview Supported Living Residence I and II are side-by-side programs located on the Augusta Mental Health Institute campus. They provide assisted living supports to people with severe and persistent mental illness who are capable of moving from the hospital into a community setting. Of the ten beds in these facilities, four are designated for individuals who also have histories of substance abuse.

A 24-hour support team uses a consumer-driven model with individualized plans to help residents increase their independence and improve their quality of life. Establishing the “just-right-challenge” for these individuals so they can develop skills, but not be overwhelmed by the process, is a challenge Motivational Services has met successfully for over 25 years. The team at each program is working to continue that tradition.

East Side Supported Living
East Side Supported Living provides adults with severe and persistent mental illness the opportunity to live in an apartment in the Augusta area along with the rehabilitative services and social supports they need. The goal of the program is to strengthen a person’s skills needed to meet the demands of daily living in the community. We work with each person through a process that helps that individual determine his or her own goals for successful community living and develop plan to achieve them.
